I will be handing out tickets this week for family and friends coming to the event. I will not be handing tickets to performers or nominees. I have to scan these tickets at a specific time at the Hipppdrome.
We will have a rehearsal on Saturday at Oakland Mills High School at 12:45pm-2pm. Make sure to be there on time.
Students need to be at the Hippodrome on Sunday by 10am. They should enter on the Eutaw Street entrance doors to be checked in by the security desk.
Students should bring with them....
- costume
- stage make-up
- dress clothes for the Gala
- comfortable clothes to wear during the rehearsal day including show shirt
- water
- snacks
- entertainment (cards, book, ipod, games, homework, camera)
