Cappies Sunday, June 1st at 5:30pm

It is almost here! Cappies Gala is this Sunday, June 1st at 5:30 at the Hippodrome. 

I will be handing out tickets this week for family and friends coming to the event. I will not be handing tickets to performers or nominees. I have to scan these tickets at a specific time at the Hipppdrome. 

We will have a rehearsal on Saturday at Oakland Mills High School at 12:45pm-2pm. Make sure to be there on time. 

Students need to be at the Hippodrome on Sunday by 10am. They should enter on the Eutaw Street entrance doors to be checked in by the security desk.

Students should bring with them....

• costume
• stage make-up
• dress clothes for the Gala
• comfortable clothes to wear during the rehearsal day including show shirt
• water
• snacks
• entertainment (cards, book, ipod, games, homework, camera)

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

New reduced ticket cost to Cappies Gala!

The Backstage Backers have generously offered to cut the cost of the student Cappies Gala ticket by another $5. So the cost of the ticket for students wishing to go to the Gala is now only $25. Please get your ticket order in by Friday, April 18th. Let me know if you have any questions.

Cappies Gala Information

What's Next? Well, we will be receiving nominations for the Cappies Gala the week of April, 13th. Regardless of the nominations, we will have the opportunity to perform "Tonight" on the Hippodrome stage on June 1st at 6pm. I will sending out information about purchasing tickets to the event this week. Please check back for updates!
