It's Show Time!

The cast and crew have worked incredibly hard to get this very difficult production up and looking great! I am so proud of their talent and their dedication to this project. I truly hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Break a leg!

Sunday Rehearsal Schedule

Call is as follows:

12-1pm Jet Song and Officer Krupke

1-1:30pm Tony and Maria

2-6pm Run Show

We will continue to paint the backdrop tomorrow from 10am-2pm. If you would like to help out and have already worked on the backdrop the past couple of days, join us around 10am.

Tech Crew should be at rehearsal at 11am to run set changes.

Ticket Packets are due Saturday!

Tickets packets are due on Saturday, March 29th. Please make sure to return all unsold tickets and money. If you need more tickets for a performance, include money for the requested tickets in the packet and write on ticket form what number of tickets are requested.  See Ms. Carlsen for more information.

Costumes due Wednesday

Please make sure that all costume pieces are at rehearsal on Wednesday. Include shoes, accessories, slips, etc.

Monday- Work and Brush Up Rehearsal Day

I was just given permission to work in the school on Monday from 12-3pm. I would like to work on the set from 12-1pm and then rehearse from 1-3pm. This is short notice and is not mandatory. I would like to rehearse the following songs:

Work Day Friday

Set Building Canceled- Sunday and Monday

Cast, crew and parents-

I have to cancel the set building for Sunday and Monday due to a back injury. Thanks for your understanding.

Set Building Day- Saturday Canceled

Due to a painful back injury, I have to cancel the set building day on Saturday. I am having trouble emailing so please send out the word. Thanks.

Set Building Days

We will be working on the set on the following days:

Saturday, Mar. 15  12-3pm

Sunday, Mar. 16th  2-5pm

Monday, Mar 17th 3-6pm

If you can come to help out, please let Ms. Carlsen know. Come prepared to get messy!

Ticket Packets are going out today!

Cast and crew will be receiving ticket packets of four tickets to each performance of the show. Students should sell tickets and record patron names on the Ticket Packet Sales Form. If more tickets are needed, please contact Ms. Carlsen. Ticket packets and money are due Saturday, March 29th. 

Non-Mandatory Rehearsal for Dance at the Gym on Wednesday 3/12

We will be having a non-mandatory rehearsal on Wednesday, 3/12 from 2:30-4:00pm to finish "Cha-Cha" and "Mambo" for "Dance at the Gym". 

Program Advertisement Forms are due Friday, March 7th

Please make sure to turn in your program advertisements by this Friday, March 7th. Feel free to download the form from the program information section on the right hand side. Remember you can have an ad from a business, family members, friends, teachers, groups, teams, or individuals! Email Ms. Carlsen with any questions.

Cast and Crew Bio Forms due Monday 3/3
